Always a "Good Girl"

The one who keeps the peace & harmony and tries to make everyone happy.

Yet, I never felt I was good enough. I lacked belief & trust in myself. I had no idea who I was if I wasn't helping others. My value in the world was based on this. 

The pain of a life-changing back injury forced me to start putting myself & my needs first but I still had no idea what I wanted or what the future held.  

Through the use of essential oils to help relieve the pain, I reconnected with my intuition & discovered its guidance. I wondered if there was more to me, more I was capable of. 

I had no idea how to move forward into the confidence I craved but I could feel something stirring.

Life was drastically changing & I could feel something stirring

In 2020, like many, I was gifted the time & space to embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth. I could hear the whispering of my soul.

My daughter & I spent time at a barn caring for horses, giving us sanctuary from the chaos of the world. It’s here that a horse named Hudson stole my heart and offered me a link to my soul. 

Because of this gentle giant, I realized my sensitive nature was a gift, not a weakness. He opened me up to the change I knew I needed. 

I was hesitant to invest in myself but it was time. As I committed to my growth, my awareness expanded to greater possibilities and a new sense of purpose emerged.

I am passionate about helping women come back home to themselves, discover their unique magic & purpose, and share it with the world. 

Not because I’m a good girl or to make others happy, but because I know how it feels to rekindle that vitality. It is the best gift we can give ourselves.

Shawna is incredibly gifted and intuitive. She has an amazing gift for saying what needs to be said at the moment and for trusting herself enough to walk her own path without resistance. She has a toolbox of modalities but it’s her intuition and essence that make her her. From losing our family dog, to back-pain, healing the child within from a lifetime of pain and trauma to helping me connect with a horse that passed over, Shawna has helped me in so many ways and I will be forever grateful for the peace and love that now fill my life.

Every session is as different as the people I work with. Whether we are working in partnership with the horses or online in a private session, we will explore what's most pressing or asking to be addressed.

I offer suggestions around ways to implement or move forward and follow up afterward so you can integrate your experience.
